HAPPY INTERNATIONAL LABOUR DAY

Every year the International Workers' Day, which is also called Labour Day or May Day, is celebrated in many countries in honour and celebration of the working class. In India, Labour Day or May Day is celebrated on May 1 every year; while some countries mark this on the first Monday in May. Meanwhile in some other countries, including the US and Canada, Labour Day is celebrated on the first Monday of September each year.

May Day or Labour Day is a yearly reminder of the immense contributions and achievements of the labor movement across the world. It is a day to remember the struggles and victories of workers who fought for and advocated for fair labour practices, improved working hours and conditions, and workers' rights. The history of this significant day is rich and diverse, and it spans across countries and cultures. This day is also a reminder of the ongoing challenges that are faced by workers across the globe, including inequality in income, discrimination, exploitation, etc. It also serves as a call to action for employers, governments, and the society to protect the rights of all workers.
